How do I return an item?

Return and Refund Policies

AFFITNITY is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund.

 

The following conditions apply:

- Returns are accepted only with in 15 days of receipt.

- A return/refund request for must be included with your return.  Please right click HERE to download your return/refund request form.  Make sure to include this form in order to process your return correctly.

- Returned items should have attached tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

- Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

- Shipping is non-refundable*

- Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

- Refunds will be processes in the form of payment used on the original order.  For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

- PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 15 DAYS.  YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO EMAIL US AT hello@affitnity.com  TO REQUEST AN UPDATE ON YOUR REFUND.
